Jen Danielson has been with the Goldstream Group since 2010 and brings extensive quantitative and statistical data analysis skills to the evaluation team, including the management of large data sets and sensitive client data. She brings a strong eye for the development of evaluation tools that produce meaningful results to meet the needs of our clients, and is experienced using tools such as Excel, SPSS, and Atlas.ti.
Jen is responsible for developing data collection instruments, managing survey data collection, statistical analysis of data, and the management of data sets. During her tenure with the Goldstream Group Jen has worked on a variety of evaluation projects including Modern Blanket Toss, an educational program for Upward Bound Students; PolarTREC, a professional development program for teachers from around the U.S.; GK-12 CASE and Cyber-Alaska, science education programs that pair teachers and graduate students; STEAM, a science education program for middle-school girls; and ASDN’s Professional Development Needs Assessment and RTI Conference Evaluation. Results of the GK-12 CASE evaluation were recently published in the International Journal of Science Education.
Prior to joining the Goldstream Group, Jen worked at the University of Alaska Fairbanks as a laboratory and research technician, including projects in areas of rural Alaska. Jen has a M.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a B.A. degree in Chemistry from Mount Holyoke College
